Commercial

It’s a bit difficult to approach companies for whom you’d like to create promotional material if you haven’t a demo reel. So, we’ve created a few to give you an idea of what we can do for you. Our philosophy is: you can still make a big impact on a small budget. Of course, with any video that promotes your brand, you need to make it memorable and something people will be talking about long after it’s launch.

A few years back a friend of ours pulled the tarp off his 1953 Chevy pick up truck he’d put in storage. It was in the best of the best condition thanks to years of continuous care. Our motto? “Have drone, will travel.” We took the Chevy out on a low-traffic road near Innisfil, Ontario one sunny, summer afternoon and made this ad.

Thanks to @fivethirtyeightproductions for the use of this 1953 Chevrolet 3100 pickup truck.

In addition to our love of old Chevys, we also have an appreciation for fine whisky. KD Mack was gifted a bottle of Cardhu scotch not long ago and before getting into it, he decided to take out his Nikon, his iPhone 8, a lazy Susan and a fish tank and see what he could come up with on a ZERO budget.

We’re sometimes approached by companies to do product reviews. Instead of doing a lengthy review on a simple desktop light, we made them a commercial for them instead.

In 2021, we filmed our first episode of “The Documentary Guys“. We have several more episodes in the works but here’s the ad for our FIRST one.

It’s not coming “really REALLY soon”. It’s already here.
